Focus and Scope
The Yearbook of the University of Economics-Varna publishes original scientific research in the fields of economics, business, management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, tourism, informatics, law, and related interdisciplinary areas. The Yearbook publishes scientific studies, articles and editorials related to the JEL classification. Editorials are dedicated to commemorating significant events and anniversaries.
This periodical aims to disseminate high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of economic theory, business practice, public policy, and socio-economic development at national and international levels. The Yearbook seeks to establish itself as a scholarly forum for the dissemination of scientific theories, research studies, and innovative ideas within the field of economics. Recognising that economic processes are embedded within society and emerge from the interactions between organisations and individuals, and acknowledging that rigorous scientific inquiry necessitates innovative approaches, the publication also provides a platform for contributions addressing the development and functioning of society and the individual. Furthermore, it encourages research in both general and specialized domains of scientific methodology.
Submissions must present original research results, theoretical developments, methodological contributions, or critical analyses of contemporary economic and social issues.
The Yearbook is intended for researchers, academics, doctoral students, and professionals in economics, business, and related disciplines.
