About the Yearbook
The Yearbook of the University of Economics-Varna (Yearbook of the UEV) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scientific publication of the University of Economics-Varna, Bulgaria. It is an academic collection published in English and includes the results of scientific research presented in the form of studies, articles, conference reports, scientific communications, and other scholarly contributions.
Published under the title Godishnik na IU-Varna between 2009 and 2025, this scientific publication changed its title to the Yearbook of the University of Economics-Varna in 2025 to keep up the legacy of this university periodical issued since 1927.
The Yearbook publishes only original research works that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts are prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements and guidelines established by the Editorial Board. All studies and articles undergo evaluation through a double-blind peer review process, ensuring academic quality, objectivity, and scientific integrity.
Scientific Profile
The Yearbook of the University of Economics-Varna publishes research results in the fields of economics, business administration, management, finance, accounting, marketing, informatics, tourism, law, and related interdisciplinary areas relevant to contemporary economic and social development.

The Editorial Board of the Yearbook of the University of Economics-Varna adheres to the principles of legality, independence, objectivity, impartiality, transparency, tolerance, and professional competence, ensuring equal opportunities for authors and protecting their legal rights and interests.
The editorial policy follows internationally recognised standards of publication ethics and good academic practice. The Yearbook of the UEV applies the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
